Former Liverpool midfielder Yossi Benayoun will return to Spain after eight years, to join Getafe, after finding an agreement on wages with the Spanish side. The 33-year-old is now a free agent since leaving Chelsea and therefore is entitled to move to any club of his choice, despite the fact the transfer window is closed.
