Nicki Minaj is no stranger to nice whips. We've seen her twerking on a Maybach, driving a pink Bentley and cruising in a Ferrari California. Now the rap star and Queen of the Barbies will be pulling up in a 2014 Lamborghini Aventador Roadster that she picked up from Exotic Euro Cars. According to her Instagram, Nicki may be painting this lovely machine in Barbie pink. We're not sure how many of her previous rides are still tucked in the garage, but when you have a Lambo like this you don't really need anything else.

I narrowly missed the flight – Deji Falae’s friend

Kunle Rotimi-Akodu, a friend to Deji Falae, one of the victims of the ill-fated chartered flight that crashed in Lagos on Thursday, said he had been feeling disappointed to have missed the flight before receiving the news of the incident. Rotimi-Akodu said he was meant to be with his friend, Deji, who was a commissioner in Ondo State, in the Associated Airlines plane for the Lagos to Akure journey but that he providentially got to his friend’s house late and missed the flight.

32-Year-Old Secondary School DropOut Arrested With N57m Cocaine

A 32-year-old textile merchant, Paul Emujue, has been arrested by officials of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency for importing 5.745kg of cocaine worth N57m. Emujue was said to have hidden the cocaine inside laptop bags. He was said to be on his way from Sao Paulo, Brazil, when he was apprehended at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos. A statement by NDLEA Head of Public Affairs, Mr. Mitchell Ofoyeju, said NDLEA Commander, Mr. Hamza Umar, confirmed the arrest.

REVEALED: Crashed Plane Was 23-Years-old

The Brazil-made Embraer 120 plane which crashed on Thursday in Lagos, southwestern Nigeria, killing at least 13 people, was 23-year old and last flew on 30 August 2013, Associated airlines said at a press conference. The airline’s chief operating officer, Taiwo Raji, said the crashed plane was last serviced on 24 June 2013 in Lagos. “The last time the affected plane flew was on the August 30, 2013, while the age of the aircraft was 23 years.

Former Nigerian footballer Sani Abacha died early Thursday morning in Ilorin. The defender played for such Nigerian clubs as Enyimba, Shooting Stars, Gateway and Kwara United. Why The Plane Carrying Agagu’s Corpse Crashed – Details Revealed

Nine bodies have been recovered  so far from the  charter plane which crashed  shortly after takeoff in Lagos on Thursday, and six survivors confirmed. The plane was said to have crashed landed shortly after it suffered an engine failure near an airport fuel depot and killing at least nine people, officials said. The Associated Airlines charter flight took off at about 9:30 am (0830 GMT) from the domestic terminal at Lagos’s Murtala Mohammed International Airport. “It was going to Akure (in the southwest). The engine failed on takeoff and it crash-landed and burst into flames,” said Supo Atobatele, spokesman for the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency.

UPDATE: 17 Persons Now Confirmed Dead In Plane Crash At Lagos Airport

At least eight people died in a plane crash that occurred at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos around 9.20 am this morning. Several others feared injured. The plane was conveying the body of the former Ondo State governor, Olusegun Agagu.
An Associated Airline jet with seven crew and 20 passengers flying to Akure, Ondo was carrying passengers heading for the burial of former Ondo State governor, Olusegun Agagu, a spokesman for the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency said.

Agagu’s First Son, Feyi Survives Plane Crash

Contrary to reports that the first son of the late former Governor of Ondo State, Dr. Olusegun Agagu, Feyi, was among the dead in Thursday morning’s ill-fated plane crash involving Associated Airlines, he survived and is currently receiving medical attention at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH). Feyi reportedly sustained non-life threatening injuries in the crash that left no fewer than 17 passengers on board dead. It was also learnt that a member of former President Olusegun Obasanjo’s family whose name could not be ascertained as at the time of filing this report, was purportedly killed in the crash.

Lagos Plane Crash: Agagu’s Casket Recovered Intact, Rescue Operation Ends With 17 Dead

The body of the  late former Governor of Ondo State, Dr. Olusegun Agagu, has been recovered in the  Associated Airlines plane that crashed in Lagos. Thisday was also informed that rescue operation on the ill-dated plane has ended. As at the time of filing this report,  eye  witness account said that Agagu’s body had been  taken to the Airforce Base, Ikeja.
