Onyeka Onwenu Gets Political Appointment In President Jonathan’s Administration

 
 Veteran musician Onyeka Onwenu has joined the long list of celebrities enjoying the national wealth of this great country.
As we speak, the big madam has been appointed the Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer of the National Centre for Women Development (NCWD) Abuja.
Onyeka Onwenu’s political appointment was made known by Senator Anyim, the state secretary to the FG on September 13, 2013.
According to the letter, Onyeka Onwenu’s appointment is for a 4-year term.
The excited singer confirmed her appointment few hours ago
“yes, it is true; but I am in Enugu right now.” – Onwenu said in phone chat
Her last public office was as the chairman of Imo State Arts Council, a position she was appointed to by Ikedi Ohakim.
