Pastor Bans Hair Weaves in His Church

The senior pastor at Resurrecting Faith Church in Waco, Texas has advised his female congregation not to wear weaves to church. 39 year old Pastor A.J. Aamir said he grew wary of looking out over his congregation and seeing a sea of hair weaves.

Iyanya is chopping endorsement deals anyhow. First MTN, now Zinox Group. The Kukere crooner yesterday signed a three hundred and fifty thousand dollars one year endorsement deal with Zinox Computers.

Fulani Community Petitions Oyo Govt. Over Death Of 11 Herdsmen

At least eleven herdsmen have been killed in the last six weeks in some parts of Oke Ogun area of Oyo State. According to the Fulani community in the state, the killings allegedly took place at Otu, Ikomu, Igbo-Ora, Iwere-Ile, Iganna, Ilaju and Ado-Awaye.

VOP: Amaechi, Others Deny Floating Of New Party

Many of the seven People’s Democratic Party, PDP, governors linked with moves to float a new party to be known as Voice of the People, VOP, have denied knowledge of such a move. Most of the governors expressed shock over the linkage of their names with the new association, insisting that it was the handiwork of detractors, aimed at distracting them, according to Vanguard.
