Gareth Bale will rent Kaka’s Madrid home for a fee of £10,000 per month as he settles down at his new club. The Welshman is set to inhabit the exclusive home located at the
Pozuelo de Alarcon part of La Finca where he will be welcomed by fellow
teammates, and new neighbours, Cristiano Ronaldo, Karim Benzema, Iker
Casillas and Sergio Ramos. The two-storey, four bedroom house, valued at £6.2 million and
designed by renowned architect Joaquin Torres is 1,500 square metres and
includes a six-car garage, indoor pool, gym, two utility rooms and
several terraces and porches.
As revealed by Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo, the club acted as mediator between Bale and Kaka, who has returned to Italy. The upper floor includes a master bedroom with a large dressing room
and en suite, plus an office. The ground floor is bigger and includes a
double height living room and feature fireplace. Bale, who joined the Los Blancos over the summer for a world record fee, earns a £300,000 per week wage.
